All you need to know before the IPL 2019 Auction
Today is 11th December, exactly one week after IPL 2019 auction is going to take place at Jaipur. Every team would be eying to make sure that they buy the best man for their team. With over 1000 players registering from different countries for the available 70 spots. It is clear that not all 1000 players would be the part of the IPL 2019 Auction.
All the Franchises are requested to send their list of players that they are interested and a final pool of players would be formed for the IPL 2019 auction. Kings XI Punjab has the highest purse remaining followed by the Rajasthan Royals for this year IPL 2019 auction. Now let us look at the players that have been retained and released by the teams.
David Warner and Steve Smith who were involved in ball tampering controversy earlier this year were the biggest news of the retentions. Here is the list of all the players retained, released and traded for the next year’s IPL
